Returns

For items purchased online, you can send them back for an exchange only within 28 days, provided it has not been used, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. 

All personalised items are non-returnable. 

Faulty Items

All items are checked at the point of dispatch, but if you do realise your item is faulty, please contact us with the fault details and a photograph of the faulty item at
your earliest convenience by e-mailing us using the following address shop@uwtsd.ac.uk  

Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time. Any items which are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will be returned to the customer.

We’ll try to get back to you within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Where a fault is found, we’ll refund your reasonable return postage costs.

Occasionally, if we’re struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
